That doesn't matter if chkconfig goes away, the "network' capability exists in systemd too,
just replace the NetworkManager.service with network.service
Also, you can emulate the 'network' behavior...

What happens if you make a fresh profile via the ProfileManager and try to add, remove, move, etc some bookmarks in that?

You can try Firefox 44, it's in the updates-testing dnf repository or it should show up in Fedora updates soon.

KDE5 mouse wheel scrolling flips up and down

Probably more best practice now is lsblk than blkid, if you run 'blkid' as a normal user you get nothing
