FC6 OnBoard Hardware RAID boot loader installation failed

I am trying to install FC 6 with 2 500 GB sata drives as RAID1. i have an on board raid controller. All seems pretty well till the installation is at the end. As installation of all packages completes the next step is to perform post installation steps. A message saying "installing grub loader" appears and suddenly another error pops up saying that an exception has occurred.

My question is that can i have a Hardware raid with the help of an on board raid controller?
Coz software RAID 1 works fine.

This time no error popped up and my H.W RAID1 is up....... gr8

Thanks for reading.. May be i will post all the steps that i followed to do it (Strangely almost same steps as i did previously when i ended in errors).
