How to start httpd at boot?

Yesterday I install Fedora 16...

I noticed that httpd does not start at boot time, and it does not
appear in the Services application.

I *can* start the rascal by "service httpd start", and then it will
appear in the Services application.

However when I reboot I have to repeat the above...

Anyone have a solution for the problem?

( the same is true for Postgresql ).

Thanks,

Jerry

Re: How to start httpd at boot?

'chkconfig httpd on' must work

However, you can do it with systemctl

[root@deirdre ~]# systemctl is-enabled httpd.service
disabled
[root@deirdre ~]# systemctl enable httpd.service
ln -s '/lib/systemd/system/httpd.service' '/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/httpd.service'
[root@deirdre ~]# systemctl is-enabled httpd.service
enabled
