How to install H.264 codes on FC4 64-bit?

I've downloaded some videos that is using the H264 codec.
I've tried using mplayer & kaffeine to play it with no luck, mplayer simply crashes, while kaffeine only plays the sound.

What do I need to install to play these H264 (mkv files) on my FC4 x86_64 system?
