Capturing video from an embedded Flash player?

I was wondering if anyone here knew how one could capture Flash video from a site like this:

http://www.wchstv.com/newsroom/eyewi...4350ee34.shtml

It looks like a Flash player is embeded in the web page, which opens a stream to a hidden video file. I've searched around and came up with nothing that could do it for free, or in Linux.

Thanks!
