Firefox can't install addons
Every time I try installing any add-on on Firefox I get a weird error like this one:
"Firefox could not install the file at
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...r-2.6.0-fx.xpi
because: Download error
-228"

I am having a problem with that as well I need to enable sudo for my username not sure how?

is the browsing slow to. .do this..in address bar an make this
network.dns.disableIPv6;true
that should fix that problem

did you make the key.. to true
also would help if we knew what kind of internet connection your using?.. wireless or what

Wireless, on a Atheros. And yes, I did make the key true and even restarted Firefox

can you connect to AIM an ICQ , Yahoo ok?
