Desktop of new Eeepc
Hi guys,
I just want to share the screenshot of my new Eeepc running Eeedora. It works great, and I am very happy with it

Thanks!, searching in google for wallpapers of the right size I found this one (so it's not mine  ), and I thought it was pretty cool (I have this thing for trees).

It is very nice. As for your spelling, the sad thing is that it's better than many people who grew up with English as their first language, so you're doing quite well.

Haha, thank you very much I guess is because it's a constant worry to express myself properly, so I take my time, use the spelling tool of Firefox or even dictionaries, and hopefully I will put an understandable sentence without mixing it with Spanish (in my mind the words come in English, but the structure is still in Spanish  )

I guess that would be XFCE4, by the "feeling" of those shaded regions around the text.
I usually hide the panels to maximize desktop estate, and I guess that's kinda important for an EeePC with a small screen.

Hopefully, Schelling will come back and tell us. However, it's possible that it is Gnome and he removed the panels to save space. Remember it's a very small screen on the netbooks.

Hi guys,
Aleph is right, it is XFCE, the default desktop in Eeedora, and yes, the panels are hidden (top and bottom) because of space. I have used XFCE before and I like it, and with this machine works wonderful, very fast (I think even faster than my main machine with Gnome, haha)

It is a nice desktop. I love my Eee PC. I have a 701.
