flv to wmv converter in GUI

Is there any program for Linux (Fedora) which converts video format flv to wmv in GUI? And if possible, that splits the videos.

winff can convert flv to wmv , but doesnt split, maybe convert to avi then use avidemux (in repos) to split,then back to wmv but what the quality would be like dunno,

I believe the OP wanted a GUI. Is there one for ffmpeg? I've only done it with command line.
