Kde4 Appearance Settings is gone!

I just upgrade kde4 in fedora 12 and the right click option for "appearance settings" is gone!

All the appearance settings are in the System Settings - Appearance, also Desktop and Advanced - Desktop Theme Details. They were always here but there was some very basic settings on right click too.
