Once my download is complete, I will be able to see if the installation problem(s) persist. As Anaconda is mentioned specifically, I believe they have fixed the problem I overcame by hacking the network install method. Thanks for the quick response!

No, I did not file a bug report. The reason I did not was in part due to my attempting to first understand the symptoms. (See my thread here http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?p=1358772) Further, by the time I figured out the true nature of the problem, the schedule was pushed back a week and among the "blockers" was an issue with the installation process.

As soon as my download of the new RC3 image completes, I will check to see if my problem still exists or not. If it does, a bug report will be filed with very precise descriptions.
