That explains it. I didn't have this behaviour with F12, it only started with my F13 install using the same image as F12. In my case on login it would cause an SELinux violation as well and then change back to default. I had installed wallpapoz while installing F13 and did not realize that the installation had set it to autostart. I now have it disabled. In my case I may have other issues as well which I'll be checking out.
