Allowing root level commands

How would like to allow a user to run command such as mount fdisk and lspci which normally you would have to be root to do. How would i go about doing this

lookup the sudo command.

And remember that granting access to mount can create a whole can
of pain.

Sudo visudo and sudoers would be the correct way or no

You could use the Users and Groups Gui and configure it that way.

use visudo, think in terminal EDITOR=nano visudo should make it easier,, than add to group
