Question Are fedora 14 update mirrors down?

I use fedora 14 on a netbook. I am trying yum update since last 2 days on different times like from morning to night.i get error like time out or error 12. It searches all the mirrors available but finally says no mirror left and terminates. even if i try to install through yum any simple software this gives the same result.
Below are the details. (In short)

Trying other mirror.

Trying other mirror.

Actions taken by me still now are as follows.
1: yum-complete-transaction
2: yum clean all
3: yum update --skip-broken
3: packagecleanup --orphans
Nothing worked out positive problem persists.
Is this the problem of mirrors. Are they really down or any thing wrong in my system.
Please help me with this matter
I live in India(F.Y.I)

Waiting for reply
