Re: install shells using gnome-tweak-tool in fedora

thanks again luciffer! i did as you told and it works, but that's not really what i want...i want to change everything to a dark background: for instance, when i open a documents window, i want to change the background on it....that's what i want to do.

in the tweak tool, under interface, besides the Gtk+ Theme option it has some options there where you can swith the background, but i don't like those and i want to see if i can install another ones.

any suggetions? thanks man!

Lucifer663, that worked for me, but that's not really what i want. in the tweak tool under the interface tab, Gtk+ theme, there you can change the interce of the system. it has like 5 choices. i don't like those. i would like to install some dark interface using the tweak tool, but i don't know how to do it.

can you help me with this? thanks1

Re: install shells using gnome-tweak-tool in fedora

i'm not sure but i guess u need to look for themes which has black background. if it has then u get more options in gnome-tweak-tool > interface > gtk+ .For example i installed 'hope' (its not black though) (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.p...content=141491) and my gnome-tweak-tool > interface > gtk+ have hope option in it.

No, they are not. You need to use GTK3 themes. See #GNOME-shell on deviantart.com for the best collection of GTK3 GNOME Shell themes at present.
