Install Fedora 15 without new GNOME setup

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to install a version of Fedora 15 without the new GNOME version. The GUI in the latest Ubuntu and Fedora releases is WAY too flashy for me and I'm interested in maintaining the more simplified look. Is it possible / not obscenely difficult to do a Fedora 15 install in such a fashion?

You don't need to install with Gnome, there are many other DE's to choose from. I myself use KDE, many others are using XFCE. The spins link is here:

And if you downloaded the Main DVD, you can choose during installation which DE you prefer.
