New ioapic err message since 3.3 kernel...

I have a Dell workstation 530n with 2 x dual core 2Ghz 32bit Xeons and 2GB of memory. Since the 3.3 kernel came along, I've been seeing the following message appear during boot:

Mar 31 11:40:19 lucy kernel: [ 1.334247] ioapic: probe of 0000:03:00.0 failed with error -22

System seems to run fine. Is anybody else seeing this message? I'm wondering if this is worth submitting a bug for (there isn't one currently in bugzilla).
