Hi,
i just have switched from other linux distro, everything works perfectly except small problem, i can't login to pgsql except pgadmin3, everything else refuses my connection.
Setting of server is similar as debian so i thought it wont be problem, but after an hour of struggling i was not able to manage it.
here would be my setting of crucial files, but i cant put it here
my firewall is temporarily disabled because of this...
phppgadmin says Login failed
if i try to use php file to connect it tells me: SQLSTATE[08006] [7] could not connect to server: Permission denied Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
I have tried many manuals, every single one told me just the same things that i know.
any suggestions?
