F16: Nvidia driver causes xorg crash

Since a few weeks I'm kicked out of the Gnome session randomly when watching Zattoo (Internet TV based on Flash). X-Server seems to crash ... When logging with a XFCE session everthing is fine!

... Gdk-WARNING: gnome-session: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server ...

I'm using latest kernel (64-Bit) and proprietary Nvidia driver 290.49 (NVIDIA graphics cards GTS240) ... Problem exists since Nvidia driver 290.40, I guess.

I found the following Ubuntu bug which seems to be related, but there's no Fedora or Gnome bug report so far:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...rs/+bug/973096

is there anyone else having X-Server crashes with NVIDA drivers?! Any hints?
