user settings in f17

is it just me or in f17 the user settings (gnome3) is completely broken? I can't access to the user settings even after I unlock them with the password. no change logo, no change password, no nothing.

my password is correct otherwise I wouldn't log in.
the strange thing is that the unblock works everywhere except in user setting
