Rails does not work

I have the same problem with fedora 17

Could you tell me please when it will be fixed? Or how I can fix it by myself?

This bug has been fixed and is currently in testing phase. To try the fix, use:

"sudo yum update ruby rubygem-bigdecimal --enablerepo=updates-testing"
