How to change brightness/gamma on Fedora 17 KDE?

I recently performed a clean install of F17 KDE spin 64-bit, everything went fine except for one thing: I can no longer change the brightness/gamma of my display.

I used to be able to do this in F16 KDE by going to System Settings -> Display and Monitor -> Gamma, but when I installed F17 the "Gamma" tab is no longer there.

Has anyone run into a similar issue?

Here are my specs:

F17 KDE 64-bit
ATI Radeon HD 3200 (integrated) Graphics

I have all the most recent updates and am using the default open-source graphics driver.
