Any idea when driver for 2.6.11 will be available?

Any idea when driver for 2.6.11 will be available?

My screen locks up like it has lost sync when I boot with card installed..

rpm -q fglrx returns "package fglrx is not installed" I assume that is the problem.

Hrm, I am not using ATI's drivers, only the Fedora Core drivers (of course, using FC4T2 + rawhide at this point), and this is what I get with an ATI Radeon 9000 Pro...

[root@scrappy ~]# glxgears
7521 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1504.200 FPS
25441 frames in 5.0 seconds = 5088.200 FPS
51390 frames in 5.0 seconds = 10278.000 FPS
51438 frames in 5.0 seconds = 10287.600 FPS
48834 frames in 5.0 seconds = 9766.800 FPS
51420 frames in 5.0 seconds = 10284.000 FPS
51439 frames in 5.0 seconds = 10287.800 FPS
51415 frames in 5.0 seconds = 10283.000 FPS
51619 frames in 5.0 seconds = 10323.800 FPS
51551 frames in 5.0 seconds = 10310.200 FPS

That FC4 has updated and working 3D acceleration for the ATI cards? I finally got acceleration enabled on my card after much hair pulling and gnashing of teeth only to discover that I lost the ability to use Monitor Spanning. I use it more than I do any game, so I reverted back to the original configuration. Here's hoping FC4 alleviates this problem.

Cheers
