Unhappy Graveman wont extract to iso

hi there,

i'm trying to extract an .iso image from an original audio cd as a backup using graveman, but i got this error:

Code:
Cannot create image: /usr/bin/readcd: Success. read_g1: scsi sendcmd: no error
CDB: 28 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 40 00
status: 0x2 (CHECK CONDITION)
Sense Bytes: 70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 64 00 00 00
Sense Key: 0x5 Illegal Request, Segment 0
Sense Code: 0x64 Qual 0x00 (illegal mode for this track) Fru 0x0
Sense flags: Blk 0 (not valid)
resid: 131072
cmd finished after 0.001s timeout 40s
i have absolutely no idea what all that means. i have tried with 2 diferent discs and nothing.
is this a configuration issue? or should i just go and get some other software? im on gnome, by the way, but even something on console will do. i just need to make .iso images of discs =(

thanks.

uhm... the only option graveman gives me for extracting images is .iso, and i took the graveman recommendation from another thread where a user wanted to backup audio.... but i'll try and look for something else, thanks.

I have just tried to create an .iso of a audio cd after reading this and was successful. I am using FC6,Gnome and after inserting the audio disc and the icon that appears on the desktop I right click>Copy Disc>Copy disc to:>File image. Then it creates an .iso of the disc in a directory of your choosing.

You can also use Gnome CD Master to dump the CD image as a .bin file to a directory and then use use Gnome CD Master to open the .bin or .iso to play and edit.
