lost refresh rate

Hi
I use Fedora7. I edit file /etc/X11/xorg.conf and put correct values for Horizontal and Vertical frequency from manual of my monitor.
In system->preferences -> hardware ->Screen resolution are displayed these refresh rates: 60, 70, 85. I want to use 75 but it is not on the list.

One or two weeks ago I had refresh rate of 75. But later I install some software with Package Manager and I lost it.

Please for help
