PuTTy, for Windows, is another alternative, though it is not a 100% GUI experience. I use it in W2K to ssh into remote Linux boxes. PuTTy uses a graphical interface in Windows for configuration and managing sessions, but your remote login sessions take place in a "console terminal" box. If any of you're laptop users are comfortable working in a console terminal (Linux style) and want a very lightweight ssh client program, PuTTy will fill the bill.
