I have installed FC5 several times in the last couple of days trying to figure out what is causing this strange problem.
Here is what happens.
This seems to happen randomly Sometimes it starts up fine other times i get this problem
After the install when i reboot the system after udev starts the screen goes blank and nothing happens. It just sits at a blank screen. If I hit the reset button sometimes it will boot fine but most of the time it locks up after udev starts.
It seems if I unplug and plug in various USB devices sometimes it will reboot with no problem. For example if i plug in a usb drive or unplug my powered hub.
This is driving me crazy I hate not knowing if my system will boot after each restart.
I never had this problem with FC4
Any help would be great thanks
