Hidden Files in KDE

Hey all, I just wanted to know how I could make a file hidden in KDE. I know how to view them in the file browser, but after searching around a file's properties for a little while, I still can't find how to make it hidden. Any help would be greatly appriciated!

Start the filename with a ".", e.g. ".hiddenfile".

to list these, use at the terminal ls -a
