Angry Unable to handle kernel paging req

'Unable to handle kernel paging request of virtual address ffffd0b0' . I dont understand why i get this problem only when i put my nvidia fx 5200 in my agp slot. however when i remove the 5200, i dont get it. can anyone explain why this happens? or a solution would be better ..

Other then that the CPU addresses devices like memory addresses I'm not sure why. Possibly
Code:
lspci -v
will show a conflict.
