FC6 slow boot

Hi all !

FC6 boot is slow on my MAXDATA 4100IW.

The boot process pauses for about 20 seconds after displaying :

Code:
ide: Assuming 33MHz system bus speed for PIO modes; override with idebus=xx
ICH6: IDE controller at PCI slot 0000:00:1f.1
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:1f.1[A] -> GSI 18 (level, low) -> IRQ 201
ICH6: chipset revision 4
ICH6: not 100% native mode: will probe irqs later
    ide0: BM-DMA at 0xffa0-0xffa7, BIOS settings: hda:DMA, hdb:DMA
    ide1: BM-DMA at 0xffa8-0xffaf, BIOS settings: hdc:pio, hdd:pio
and again for 10 seconds when starting udev.

I don't get any error messages and the system works fine after the boot. I didn't have tihs problem on FC5.

Has anyone got an idea to fix this problem ?

I am having same exact issue. You can install teh xen kernel which boots fine for me, but you dont get the cool desktop effects because the livna kmod-nvidia-xen stuff locks up when i go that route
