output a file to ternimal but keep the output updated

Hey,

Iv done it befor but cant remember how its done ;- )

Im looking to output a http servers log to a terminal but want the terminal to update automatically when something changes

stop my pressing cat /val/log/lalalal even 10sec and gives a better idea of whats happening in real time
