kmod-fglrx & kmod-ntfs modules for 2.6.18-1.2869.fc6.stk16 kernel

To get ndiswrapper working with my wifi I recently installed a kernel from linuxant with 16k stack support and subsequently had to recompile the latest fglrx & ntfs modules. It's a bit fiddly, so for convenience here's a link to the compiled rpms

kmod-ntfs-2.1.27-2.2.6.18_1.2869.fc6.stk16.i686.rpm

kmod-fglrx-8.31.5-1.2.6.18_1.2869.fc6.stk16.i686.rpm

for reference here is my xorg.conf file (I have a radeon x800pro) which enables direct rendering

Code:
# Xorg configuration created by system-config-display

install the fglrx module by removing any old installation first (yum remove kmod-fglrx) and then typing (as root) on one line

rpm -ihv kmod-fglrx-8.31.5-1.2.6.18_1.2869.fc6.stk16.i686.rpm xorg-x11-drv-fglrx-8.31.5-3.lvn6.rpm

the ntfs module installs similarly using rpm -ihv, and then you need to add mount instructions for your ntfs devices to /etc/fstab, eg I have these lines

Code:
/dev/hda1 /mnt/win_c ntfs ro,umask=0222 0 0
/dev/hdb1 /mnt/win_d ntfs ro,umask=0222 0 0
/dev/hda5 /mnt/win_e ntfs ro,umask=0222 0 0
/dev/hda6 /mnt/win_f vfat defaults 0 0
/dev/sda2 /mnt/win_l ntfs ro,umask=0222 0 0
/dev/sda3 /mnt/win_m ntfs ro,umask=0222 0 0

I added the 8.31.5 livna kmod-fglrx module

you also need xorg-x11-drv-fglrx-8.31.5-3.lvn6.rpm, and disable yum updates for these all these modules and the kernel by adding the line

exclude=kmod-fglrx xorg-x11-drv-fglrx kmod-ntfs kernel*

to /etc/yum.conf (otherwise, if you have livna repo enabled a yum update will update the modules, and they won't load since they're is incompatible with the 16k stack kernel)
