Watch out, JN4!

Most people would consider dumping a pet to be cruelty, seems it can also be dangerous!http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/4313978.stm

yeah, I was actually reading/watching something on the snakes eating humans. That particular photo might be a fake but it has happened before!

Leigh. I had some similar pics. from the Australian family some time ago, provenance unknown, but claimed to be of an incident to oil workers up in the islands north of Australia. Could be real, could be, as JN4 suggests, someone heard of a genuine incident and faked the photos. Unless Snopes investigate we may never know!

In the second picture it appears as though the man was devoured feet first. Snakes eat head first. The third picture seems more realistic... the snake probably died while trying to get passed the man's shoulders.

I was watching pbs and they were on one of those jungle village things. Apparent the snakes will crawl into the pit of an outhouse and grab smaller people (mostly women and kids) while they are going.
