Arrow NAT-PT for IPv6 on Fedora ?

I want to connect IPv6 to IPv4 network using NAT-PT router (Network Address Translation - Protocol Translation), but my Cisco IOS doesn't support it.
So, I have to replace Cisco router with router PC based on fedora core 5.

Any one can help me how to configure NAT IPv6 to IPv4 on fedora core 5 ?
Highly appreciate of your help!!
