%a = Three letter day name. Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat,Sun
%b = Three letter month name Jan,Feb,Mar, ...
%e = Day number 01,02,03, ...
%I = Hour in twelve hour format which is average human readable, not twenty-four hour which is International/Zulu/Europeon
: = a colon, standard seperator
%M = Minute
%S = Second
%p = Am/Pm accordingly
