What is "Intall media URL" in virt-manager, give one example

Jamie lives in Dallas and during Christmas she needs to get to Berkeley. Jamie take a 6:50am train from Dallas to Midland, Jamie has a lay over of 45 minutes. Jamie then takes a train from Midland to Berkeley. The train travels at 65 mph, what time would Jamie reach her destination?
