help! Bottom Panel disappeared when Avant window Navigator was enabled

hi!!.. Am a newbie!!
i was experimenting with few themes where once i had to delete that Bottom panel where we see all our other simultaneous working windows.. can you please help me out in bringing it back!!

on your top panel, right-click, select item "New Panel", you'll get a new panel which you can place it any edge you like and add items in it.

thanks for your response bobijam.. but dude!! even i could add a new panel i couldn't see any of my "working window tabs".. it's all blank.. even if i could add any, i am having options like dictionary or clock or something like that but not what i want..
