playing rtsp stream files in mplayer (no picture)

Hi, I want to play streaming video files in mplayer from http://www.democracynow.org/ (e.g., http://play.rbn.com/?url=demnow/demn....rm&proto=rtsp)

This plays with my mplayer firefox plugin and I can hear the sound, but I can't see any picture and I don't get any obvious error. Does anyone know what I need to do to see the picture? Does the picture work for you?

Thanks for the help!
