Black screen at installer startup

Hello,

I trying to install Fedora 9 on a Mac Mini (G4 1,50 GHz, 1 Gio RAM, 80 Gio, ATI Radeon 9200 64 Mio, Superdrive, Airport, Bluetooth). When i boot on the DVD and after the yaboot screen, my display (Apple Cinema 20") switch to a black screen, and the power led blinks 3 times. It seems to have a issue with the resolution.

I have tried to boot with linux resolution=1024x768, but there is the same issue.

Any suggestions ?

You can try in text mode.

Hi,

I have installed the Fedora 9 with an other display (Samsung SyncMaster 931BW). After the first boot and a update, i have plug my Apple Cinema Display and reboot... It's working !

For information, i have getting the same issue with the Fedora 8 ppc installation DVD. The Fedora 8 ppc live cd works fine with the display.
