FC9 - Canon IXUS 80IS Digital Camera unseen
When I plug it into my USB port, all I get is a dialogue box saying:
Unable to mount Canon, Inc. Canon Digital Camera
DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
Any ideas how to fix this?
Ian W.

If it helps, our old 2MP Sony Cybershot DSC51 works fine on the same F9 machine.

Very upsetting!
Works fine on Windows, fine on MacOS Leopard, but broken on F9. Are the symptoms something I should be posting on Bugzilla?

Yet a bit earlier on, it was intermittently connecting:

Jun 10 21:45:51 server kernel: usb 1-1: reset full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 19
Does that help? Any other things that may help isolate the root cause, please just ask :-)
