Smile TVTime channel and possibly driver issues.

OK--First off, I can get one channel in tvtime and cannot change channels. Channel scanner tells me "no tuner found on input 0".
I am using a Geniatech HDTV Thriller PCI card.
You'll notice in the beginning,it doesn't recognize the card, but at the end of the card list, it uses card=0 and the tuner is recognized as type 52 and then set to 52.
Not sure why the process is repeated.
This is my dmesg output for card:
(can give full dmesg output if needed)

Doing a quick search on linuxtv.org, I did not see that there are drivers for this card yet.
