how can I see directories ordered by content file size?

Nautilus just lists them according to how many files if I sort by size...?

I don't know how to do it in Nautilus, though there's probably a way. You can always use the command line

ls -S will sort by size. ls -sS will sort by size and show size in block size. ls -sSh will sort by size and show size in K, MB, G etc.
