Autocomplete in Emacs for Python?

Hello everyone,

I'm a very new user of Emacs and Python, I don't know how to setup emacs to support autocomplete in Python mode, any help would be appreciated

M-x python-complete-symbol

Try
C-h C-f python-complete-symbol
for details.

python-complete-symbol is an interactive compiled Lisp function in `python.el'.
It is bound to M-TAB, <menu-bar> <Python> <Complete symbol>.

Perform completion on the Python symbol preceding point.
Repeating the command scrolls the completion window.

that mode is about autocomplete based on existing buffers. How about code autocompletion on library in site-package or in framework like Zope/Plone?
