compiling qt source

hi friends,
please help me ..
i compiled the qt source qt4.4.3 in fedora core 7 ...
and the designer i run looks weird .. i attach its screen shot


u can see the menu text items are not visible ... please help to solve this problem ...

why did you compile it ? get the RPMs it's easier than compiling it

so i want to get fresh rpms of qt4.4.3 and install it .. right ..! i will surely do ..

but why its giving this problem .. i just quering
i do so again it wont give that problem aa ? because this problem arise when i yum install kde* for my fc7 ...
