Easy way to tell Linux apart from Microsoft and Apple!

It is often asked of me to describe what the difference is in buisness models for Apple, MS and Linux in general and I have devised this little tid bit here to make it easier to understand

Microsoft (Corporation)- The Empire
Bill Gates- Darth Sidious
Microsoft (Employees)- Storm Troopers
The masses (those not aware of other OSes)- The Republic under the control of Darth Sidious

Apple- Ewoks
Linux(OS/users)- The Resistance in opposition to the Empire
Linus Torvalds- Luke Skywalker
Richard Stallman- Yoda
That Reiser Guy- Obi-Wan

Cool comparison!

Who would represent the killed Jedis and representatives of the old Republic? Old good UNIX, OS/2?

Joe.

Yes, but his wife wasn't a mass murderer and a Microsoft executive, IE Commander.

Other than that, nice.
