Don't know how to help repair it. Just wondering if you're running Fedora 11 and Palimpsest is telling you the disk has bad sectors?

I am a noob. I use Fedora 11 and Palimpsest Disk Utility is reporting bad sectors on my drive. I have 2 - 1tb drives in a hardware mirror'd raid config. One of the disks is reporting bad sectors and was looking for a command line to correct this. Any suggestions?

I don't think bad sectors can be corrected through command line. On the other hand many have reported here palimpsest false positives.

sergiorosales,
What is the brand and make of your HDDs?
Usually the manufacturer gives some tools like SeaTool from Seagate which might be useful in diagnosing and possible fixing the problem
