cannot change keyboard layout

I've been trying for days now to find a way to change my keyboard layout and write from English to German and Greek. "xorgconfig" command doesn't work, so i edited "Xkb" options in "xorg.conf"; it know looks like this:
--------------------------------------------------
Identifier "Keyboard0"
Driver "keyboard"
Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "us,el,de"
Option "grp:alt_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll"
--------------------------------------------------------
Before that, i had tried to use the KDE control center. In the contron-center in "Regional and Accessibility-->Country/Region and Language" i had added "English, German and Greek". Then I had a look in "Regional and Accessibility--> Keyboard Layout", but there was nothing to "add", in the "Layout" tab, or to state it better "there were no entries in the layouts list that can be added".
Please help......... I'm desperate.
