Lost GNOME bottom panel

Hello all,
I lost my default GNOME bottom panel, is there a way to get it back? Some how I lost the panel after enable one of the service in assistive technologies.

right click on the top panel and select new panel.
That should give you new panel in the bottom part.

yes, I try that already, it did not show me the minimized Mozilla or or application.
I have no way to close the previously opened windows.

right click on empty bottom panel and click on Add to panel.
it will open a dialog, to choose which applets you want on your panel, below every applet is a short description of what it purpose is.
than you just select applet and click Add button.
you'll find what you need there
