Embedded mp3 file content not playing in FF
I am trying to play embedded mp3 content in FF. When I click on the link to play the mp3, a new tab opens up and all I get is a grey screen. Does anybody out there have any ideas on this? I have run Autoten and installed all of the necessary codecs.
Thank you,

mp3 codecs have been installed
Mp3 codecs have been installed. Namely, I am talking about the Web site About.com > Guitar Lessons > Lesson 10 > Palm muting > hashpipe.mp3. I click on that link and I get a new tab with a grey screen. Am I not supposed to get to hear the file by clicking on that link?
Thank you,

Code:
# yum install mplayer mplayer-gui gecko-mediaplayer mencoder
In particular, gecko-mediaplayer is a web-plugin to play most popular formats.

Just did what you said, thanks for the suggestion. I got a message in the process that said two packages could not be installed due to repo restrictions. But, I do have an mplayer gui now! :-) However, the Web page is still not playing the mp3 when I click on the "Hash pipe mp3 excerpt" link at the following site:
http://guitar.about.com/library/weekly/aa062401b.htm
Thank you much for your assistance. Still needs work, though.

Thank you,
