Firefox Noises opening xmms and Play Files

Hey guys, since you've been so helpful in the past I have another query for you --

Since upgrading to Fedora 12 I've had a few minor problems and this seems to be the only one remaining:

Basically whenever Facebook Chat makes that really annoying pop sound because someone has sent you a (generally unsolicited) message Fedora 12 opens up xmms and a 'Play files' window which seems to do nothing.

No bug reports are showing up, and its liveable albeit kind of annoying, any thoughts?
