firefox doesn't restore my session

hi!

i'm using Fedora11, and Firefox 3.5.6. As of today, firefox stopped restoring my session when it starts, instead it shows me my start page. I have the default configuration, "Show my windows and tabs from last time". Any ideas?

tia,
Rana

i don't see anything suspicious in about:config (checking highlighted keys, and keys that contain 'session')

thanks,

browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash;true

restore session after crash does work, i hadn't tested it before. The usual restore (after normal browser exiting) doesn't work

I think its a service that some people end up disabling either on purpose or on accident. And, be sure to make sure its enabled as said above. I've seen it in windows several times but honestly i don't care to restore sessions to often.

what you might be better of done was to create a New test Profile by going to Terminal an typing
Code:
firefox --profilemanager
an then maybe import/export your old bookmarks into the new profile
